These guys were great, was in right on time and done when they said they would be.
Great customer service. When I arrived at opening there were 3 people ahead of me in line and we all needed tire repair. The staff at Shaw's handled everyone in a polite and professional manner and got us all taken care of in no time. I was pleased with the service and outcome.
Scam. Do Not Use. My family just used these guys to replace water pump and thermostat. I purchased the parts from napa and scheduled an appointment for install. I picked up my car when they were done. They said the temp gage might move around abit. Dont worry about it. Well short story... They forgot to replace the Thermostat and now my head is blown! I told them about the car now having water in the oil. They said that it was alrdy like that when that got it! WOW. Worst part is. They were the ones who changed the oil the day before the water pump. Which I checked the oil on after I got home. And it was great. Now my car is useless all for what? Bad Mechanics and business. I will be telling everyone about my experience. These cheaters need to be shut down...
Bobby has worked on two of our vehicles (one much more extensive than the other!) and everything was fixed, fine-tuned and repaired to perfection. We've never had to go back to have anything re-done, even though Shaw's work is guaranteed. Bobby and Kristin are fun to work with and were very accommodating with making our schedule as convenient as possible for drop off and pick up. Payment was on-target with the estimate. Both my husband and I are very pleased and will take any of our vehicles back to Shaw's again! We highly recommend.
Full service my ass. Had to have a tow truck come get us out of the parking lot. Was easily fixed else where. Don't waste your time.
