My experience with the team at Clearwater Montana Properties has proven to be one of the best yet. No high-pressure tactics, very professional and approachable people, nice and clean office (Bigfork), and so very pleasent to work with.
Due to previous bad (and expensive) experiences, I am very apprehensive and dread dealing with high-pressure sales tactics and people who really do not know and share the pros, cons, and details about what they are attempting to market and sell to me. Even worse is when they unknowingly give bad information or just plan make it up or lie. On the flip side, I have worked the best of the best Realtors and brokers in California, Hawaii, and Washington; people who I trusted, bought and sold from multiple times. With all this in mind, it is fair to say I am a selective customer.
Find a Realtor that will get back to you with your questions. These guys don't.
In particular, Seth Price is an absolute gem. He is honest and up front, and he was able to answer my plethora of questions and provide information on things that I would not have otherwise known. Nothing could be more important when making such a big decision. He was also able to refer me to fantastic options for financing, builders, and other service providers. I cannot say enough positive things about my experience and highly recommend Clearwater Montana Properties.
