Best cold beer in Montana
This place is as warm to visit as it is any family members home. Great company and people to meet. We had a wonderful evening meeting strangers and old friends for a cause that is dead to any ones heart, fallen hero's.

Very friendly it's the place to be here in Bigfork Montana shuffleboard pool tables Casino and two good bar tenders. also The Tall Pine have great owners very involved in our community so come and visit the Tall Pine
I am a local flathead resident and have been for 35 years and I have to unfortunately write this bad review as it was an exceptionally bad visit and just all around dissapointing, I didn't think Flathead people were like this! Had not ever been to the Tall Pine and brought a friend visiting from out of town for a drink before dinner. The only way to put it is that the male bar tender with a name that started with N, ( I won't write his name but he knows who he is) went out of his way and made it obvious, to not serve us by ignoring us for close to ten minutes (on a slow night) and then tried to serve the people sitting next to us that had arrived much after we had. It was strangely purposeful and blatantly rude. Then when inquiring about what vodkas were available, he makes a snide comment about gluten free options like we were being difficult because we asked what vodkas they had. We didn't even say the word gluten as we were headed to a gluten packed dinner at the most fabulous resturant in the valley, Moroldos. Obviously we weren't worried about gluten intake since we were headed for pasta. It was such an odd thing to say, but fit with how odd the visit was becoming and how rudely we were being treated. Just because two gals are dressed up for fine dining doesn't mean we are jerks or snobby or have issues with gluten or whatever was causing this guy to go out of his way to be rude. It was a bummer and will not be going back, EVER. I'm sure they wont miss our business anyhow. The giant pine is worth checking out, gorgeous tree out front!
